Our Story

The company was originally founded in 2016 under the name SupportHelp LLC. The idea came from watching people spend hours trying to reach a real person at companies like QuickBooks or TurboTax, calling the wrong number, getting routed to overseas call centers, or giving up entirely. There had to be a better way.

SupportHelp grew steadily over several years, building out a database of verified support numbers and publishing guides on the most common errors people encountered with major software products. The business was subsequently acquired and rebranded as OnCallSolve LLC, with a broader mission to cover not just software but any company where finding the right contact information was harder than it should be.

Today we are headquartered in Sheridan, Wyoming, and operate entirely online. Our team researches, writes, and verifies everything we publish. We do not rely on user-generated content for our phone numbers or fix guides. Every piece of information goes through a human review process before it goes live.

What We Do

OnCallSolve publishes four main types of content:

Our Standards

We hold ourselves to a clear set of standards. Phone numbers are verified before publication and reviewed every 90 days. Fix guides are written by people with direct experience and reviewed by a subject matter expert. We disclose when we use AI tools in our writing process, and every published page carries a named author and reviewer.
